CIHRA Development Program

The CIHRA Development Program utilizes a small percentage of all game fees, for the development and improvement of Local Officials, and also to assist local Officials in possibly attaining Professional careers in Officiating.

The Fund is used to subsidize costs for the USA Hockey / CIHRA Official Evaluation Program, CIHRA's Mentoring Official Improvement program, and CIHRA's summer Instructional Seminars. The Fund is dispersed by CIHRA's Board of Directors, and is also used to help defray the cost for local Officials who are selected to attend Regional, National, and Select Officiating Camps, around the United States..

Requests for Regional, National, and Select Camp Cost Assistance must be submitted to the Board in writing, by the Official selected to attend the individual Camps. Requests may be submitted via email, or snail mail, to any or all of CIHRAs' Executive Board Members.
